  • Copy of a voided check or a bank deposit ticket where rent is deposited

  • Signed Rental Application – or-

C. At least 1 of the following 3 items for each property (Dated within the last 12 months and lists owners name):

 

  • County Tax Assessor’s Bill – or-
  • Escrow Statement – or-
  • Closing Statement

 

D. At least 2 of the following 6 items for each property (Dated within the last 12 months and lists owners name):

 

  • Deed – and/or –
  • Public Record Verification – and/or –
  • Property Insurance – and/or –
  • Utility Bill – and/or –
  • Flood Certification – and/or –
  • Title Insurance

 

E. IF SMALL PRIVATE COMPANY: At least 1 of the following 4 items
