There are still some operators who prefer paper files, creating an even bigger headache of trying to locate documents. We are now in a hodgepodge of documentation collection: hard copies need to be scanned, disparate digital platforms need to be scoured, and it all needs to be collected and sent to an eviction attorney before any legal procedures can begin.
Given everything else they have on their plates, onsite associates may simply procrastinate when faced with the time-intensive chore of collecting and submitting the necessary paperwork to legal counsel. Meanwhile, precious time and revenue tick away.
