How it Began

In Autumn 2021, AAOA opened AAOA Properties, a California Real Estate Brokerage specializing in investment properties. Managing Director Allen Artcliff-Cronrod quickly realized the need to expand the AAOA Properties reach nationwide, to assist members in buying and selling their rental properties in the hottest, or often overlooked markets across the country.  Slowly AAOA’s affiliations with the biggest names in multifamily grew, with brokers such as Marcus & Millichap, SVN, Capstone, Berkshire Hathaway, CBRE, and KW Commercial.
