About Hunter

Hunter Wetton is an Associate in the Ontario, California office of CBRE working alongside Eric Chen and Team, one of the company’s leading investment sales groups in SoCal. Their team represents clients in transactions of multifamily properties and land for development in the Los Angeles County and Inland Empire regions.

Hunter Wetton is responsible for strategic prospecting, marketing, and advisory services for clients as he specializes in the acquisition and disposition of multifamily properties with a primary focus in the Riverside area.  He prides himself on being trustworthy with integrity and maintaining solid relationships with his clients.

Prior to joining CBRE, Hunter Wetton worked at Morgan Skenderian Investment Real Estate Group, Multifamily Brokerage firm, specializing in Orange County & Inland Empire Multifamily investment sales.

His passion for Multifamily Real Estate started at a young age, from watching his Father broker deals and own & manage multifamily properties. Walking properties and listening to real estate negotiations throughout his childhood sparked Hunter’s interest in following in the footsteps of his Father and having his own career in Multifamily Real Estate. Throughout high school and college, Hunter received experience working in various fields of Real Estate such as construction, leasing, and property management. These experiences gave him valuable skills.

Hunter earned a Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Arizona in Urban and Regional Development while learning valuable life experiences and giving him exposure to various aspects of the Real Estate industry. Hunter is a member of Sigma Chi Fraternity Beta Phi Chapter where he was involved in many charity fundraising events including being an honoree of the Huntsman Cancer Foundation. Hunter believes that kindling relationships founded on honesty, clarity, trust, and competency are what lead to success in aiding clients with the acquisition, disposition, and exchanging of Multi-Family assets. In Hunter’s free time, he loves fishing, surfing, and mountain biking, as well as cooking and spending time with family and friends.
