About Adam

Adam Stiles is a multifamily property specialist in the firm’s downtown Oakland office. He represents buyers and sellers of investment properties throughout the East Bay, where he has lived for the last 15 years. His experience in marketing, tax consulting, data analysis, property management, and construction gives him a deep understanding of the needs of investors. He is driven each day to identify his clients’ needs and help them meet their investment goals.

Adam was previously a member of the City of Oakland’s Budget Advisory Committee where he advanced transparency and public engagement in the budget process. Currently, he volunteers to address homelessness in Oakland. Adam was born and raised in Oregon and has lived in London, Paris, Chicago, and Brooklyn. He spends his free time training for his next ultramarathon and with his two sons who are already helping with the family real estate business. Adam earned a B.S. in Political Science at Hunter College in New York City.
