About David

Based out of Marcus & Millichap’s Milwaukee office, David’s focus is multifamily investment properties in Wisconsin.  The investment sales team is highly specialized, advising private investors through acquisition, disposition, and 1031 tax-deferred exchanges.  As the leading investment brokerage firm in the state, they have the industry’s most comprehensive databases of income properties and investors.

David found his passion for real estate sales beginning his career as a market research analyst working closely with an investment sales team.  During his time in that role, he developed a client-centric approach providing investors a thorough understanding of market conditions, capital markets, and economic trends.  Since then, his additional underwriting and marketing skills as well as depth of relationships create maximum exposure for sellers while highlighting unrealized upside for investors
