About Brad

My name is Brad Labozzetta and I am a licensed Realtor at Live FL Realty. I am proud to say that I was born and raised here in central Florida! After high school, I was fortunate enough to have the opportunity to play division I baseball at the University of South Florida where I graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management. I have always been one with an entrepreneurial mindset and a “go getter” mentality, which transitioned perfect into real estate. On top of being a licensed Realtor, I made my first big real estate investment in a single family rental in 2019. I successfully completed all of the renovations, listed the property and secured a long term tenant. Since 2019, I currently own, renovate, and manage 8 rental properties and successfully flipped one house. This has allowed me to learn and develop further knowledge and skills in the real estate market to help make me a better agent specifically for investors. Today, my drive and passion for real estate is as strong as ever. I look forward to many more years to come of learning and helping clients find their next home or investment!
