Joshua Christensen is a Qualifying Broker in Albuquerque, New Mexico with R1 Commercial & R1 Residential Realty. With 30 years in real estate as a career, Joshua has seen most of what his clients need help with. Custom home construction, residential mortgage lending, residential sales, small multi-family apartment sales, property management, single-family renovations and flips, single-family rentals, small plex rentals, lease with options, owner financing, and many other disciplines have made up his career.

His clients benefit from over $250,000,000 in transactional experience. Joshua currently spends his business time in three ways.

R1 Companies Real Estate – He is a full-time Qualifying broker in Albuquerque
where he works primarily with multi-family buyers and sellers to grow their
portfolios.

Groundswell Assets – Chief Investment Officer – a large multi-family syndicate
with over 408 units and over $90,000,000 assets under management.

When he’s not working, he loves to spend time with friends and family traveling, golfing, hiking, and woodworking. He can often be found with his nose in the most riveting business books available always learning and growing for both personal and professional development. In the last few years, he and his wife of 25 years have become grandparents and they love spending time with their two grandchildren and children.
