Tip #52: Stay Up-to-Date
If it’s been six months since your tenant moved in, it’s time to update their contact information.
Are the emergency contact numbers still aprilvalid?
Are they still working the same job?
It’s a good idea to require these updates (any info from your application that changed) in your lease agreement.
If you accept checks, remember to make a copy each month so you can catch other changes you should be aware of.
