Trulia Launches New Rental App for iPhone
Trulia, a leading site for home buyers, sellers, renters and real estate professionals, announced the launch of Trulia Rentals for iPhone, an innovative new app for iPhone and iPod touch dedicated to renters looking for the best place to live.
The app does more than just let prospective renters browse by zip code or neighborhood for current rentals — it keeps them in-the-know about new listings almost immediately, via push notifications and color-coded markers which note newer properties.
Trulia Rentals for iPhone Features include:
New Property Notifications: Stay updated on all the newest rental listings in your area via push notifications.
Color-coded Listings: Listings are organized in order of time-on-market — from newest to oldest. A green marker means the listing was added in the last 24 hours. A grey marker indicates that the listing has already been viewed, and a black marker indicates an unviewed listing that is more than 24 hours old.
Saved Searches: Just select your search criteria, give it a name, and get notified about any new listings that might be a match.
Neighborhood Info: See where restaurants, schools and other points of interest are in relation to homes or apartments for rent.
Agent Contact: When you need more information, easily contact a broker or landlord using the app.
