Lifestyle Communities, developers of The Mill, a new apartment community in Georgetown, KY, are offering a fresh take on filling apartment vacancies.

The community includes 228 one- and two- bedroom townhome-style apartments with modern finishes, as well as unique opportunities for residents to socialize.

In addition to providing amenities like a sundeck, pool, and fitness center, the plan provides plenty of green spaces, and a full schedule of resident social and cultural events.

These include pet-friendly gatherings, and an annual ski trip, which is free to residents.

The company also has devised a program they call BankIt, a home savings program that helps apartment renters save up to $2,000 towards the purchase of a new home while they rent and at no extra cost to them. We recognize that purchasing a home is a goal for a majority of our renters and we have a unique opportunity to support that goal, says CEO Michael DeAscentis, Jr.

With BankIt, renters can utilize dollars which would have otherwise gone purely to rent towards the purchase of a new condo at Lifestyle Communities™ Hamburg Farms community in Lexington, KY.

For the launch, the managers are advertising a grand opening pool party. The two event will be open to the public and will include live music, food and drinks, concert ticket giveaways and other prizes, and an appearance by a local radio personality.

The company currently manages 20 communities in Ohio and Kentucky comprised of over 7,500 apartment, condo, and single family homes.
