The Good Life: A Fresh Take on Apartment Amenities
Lifestyle Communities, developers of The Mill, a new apartment community in Georgetown, KY, are offering a fresh take on filling apartment vacancies.
The community includes 228 one- and two- bedroom townhome-style apartments with modern finishes, as well as unique opportunities for residents to socialize.
In addition to providing amenities like a sundeck, pool, and fitness center, the plan provides plenty of green spaces, and a full schedule of resident social and cultural events.
These include pet-friendly gatherings, and an annual ski trip, which is free to residents.
The company also has devised a program they call BankIt, a home savings program that helps apartment renters save up to $2,000 towards the purchase of a new home while they rent and at no extra cost to them.
