Tenant Caught Stealing Furnace, Hot Water Heater
Police in Flint, Michigan reported that a tenant who was facing eviction was caught stealing the furnace and hot water heater from the unit.
According to a news report, a neighbor noticed the strange activity and alerted police.
The appliances are worth about $3,000, according to the report.
There is no word on how much damage the tenant caused to the unit.
