New Reality TV Series Features Landlord

Don’t see enough scary tenants during the day? This week HDNet is launching a new reality TV series, The Super, following real-life property manager Dave Paladino through his everyday duties as he manages over 1,700 units.

“Hes a landlord, a manager, a security guard, a plumber, a carpenter, a psychologist, a social worker, and a best friend¦ No hes not a superhero “ hes the superintendent!” reads the advertisement for the new series.

The show promises unfiltered drama along with comedy as this landlord deals with tenants in low income housing. The first episode presents a hoarder who may be ungrateful when Dave tries to help her clean up her act.
The promo reads “Patience is a virtue when dealing with tenants and their problems, but bolt cutters are a necessity.”
