Due to new regulations to prevent fraud and identity theft, in order to give out details of a credit report to landlords screening potential applicants, the credit bureaus now require we physically verify how you are storing or destroying credit reports.
In order to pass the onsite inspection or business verification, you need to have a locked file cabinet and a paper shredder. You can contact us to schedule an onsite inspection during regular business hours, which is an additional cost of $75 (annual if you work out of your home).
