Landlord Quick Tip

Tip 225:  You’ve Got it Coming to You

The unemployment rate edged downward last month, and that’s good news for landlords.

Not only does it mean there will be more qualified renters, but if a former tenant left owing rent,  their financial circumstances might have improved.

A tenant’s liability for unpaid rent survives for a long time. Chances are, you can still collect against your deadbeat tenants. If you had given up, because you thought you’d never see any money from old debts, think again.  This may be the perfect time to revisit that decision.

Check with Rent Recovery Service, the largest and most aggressive landlord collection agency, specializing in delinquent rent collection.
