Tip #167:  The New Kid in Town

online listingsIf you’re trying to create buzz for your property management business or rental listings, you’re probably already working with Facebook and Twitter.

But according to social media experts, there’s a new kid on the block:  Google Plus — or Google+ if you’re savvy.

Since it’s launch last year, Google+ has grown enough to garner respect in social media circles.  With networking features similar to Facebook,  it offers something Facebook can’t — the ability to generate more online searches locally, where it counts most for rental businesses.

Google hasn’t surpassed Facebook — far from it, but the two are not exclusive.  In fact, teaming them up creates a Dynamic Duo of social media superpowers.

Carrie Gable, with the Real Estate Virtual Assistant team at RealSupport, Inc., blogs about it here.
