It would be great if you would list smokefree policies as an amenity. A far greater proportion of the population has asthma and/or other diseases made worse by secondhand smoke, than actually smoke.
It’s great for marketing a healthy amenity and saves both lives and money.

As a speaker/trainer in the industry, I have been predicting smoke free apartments for 15 years…the hotels do it, the cities are doing it for public places…smokers are not a protected class…smartest move is to leave 1-2 smoking buildings…and move everyone there who smokes. I am sorry for those with the habit. I understand it is VERY difficult to stop, and some do not want to quit…but protect those of us who don’t smoke. It has been medically proved that second hand smoke is dangerous for us.
Look at this….
Sweet site dude, check out mine when you get a min……
