I have many friends in other states that caught up in that mess and have since lost their homes, I also have a sister-in-law in real estate that said she would not push those types of loans to anyone as they sound good at first but nail you to the door in the end. The only benefit is to the lender who gets rich, fat and happy while the family looses. Cookies to Obama for helping those in need and GOD BLESS PRESIDENT OBAMA.
