		<description>I like this article. So, where do we go now? I admit that I don&#039;t understand the full scope of what the FDIC is proposing. But the out lay of what is proposed in this article makes sense. Hopefully this can happen sooner then later on the loan modifications. I am a full time real estate person and I see that the lenders as of this posting are making things more difficult then they need to be. What goes up must come down. It is how you handle the down part makes a difference. Investors/Lenders need to understand this.</description>
