A domestic dispute exists at a location. The issue has implications of affecting neighbors within the property as well as damages to be determined as well as other potential implications affecting others outside the unit.

Society has said that evicting someone who has such a situation is not the correct solution. So what does the court/ACLU/legislature say IS the correct solution? What provision have they made for such a situation?

If a tenant`s guest breaks something, can the tenant still be held responsible for the cost of the repairs? I feel that the law is fair but not to the landlords we work hard to keep are properties in good shape and we have to pay for all repairs.
